What is an Individual Strategic Plan?
An individualized strategic plan is a detailed and focused outline of objectives and activities that are developed to assist you in meeting your personal and professional goals. Similar to a Corporate Strategic Plan (CSP), the process to identify and document this detailed plan calls for a close review of all influences on the affected environment, an analysis of the alternatives that may exist and decisions regarding the solutions to implement.
