Corporate Experience
Terry is currently serving ACS, Inc. as a Director of Global IT Service Delivery, with responsibility for a best of class support organization providing service and support to at least two of ACS’ largest clients. He is directly responsible for the delivery costs, quality of service and account relationship regarding his support organization. His previous background within ACS was service and account management for 6 clients; including both P&L, budget and service delivery responsibilities. Prior to joining ACS, Terry worked for both Fidelity Investments and State Farm Insurance in similar capacities. Terry has demonstrated his ability to effectively manage people, technology, costs, service delivery, and expectations – his accomplishments in these areas has allowed him to maintain his position on the fast track of technology, people and business management.

Throughout his career and experiences, Terry has had the opportunity to gain much insight regarding how to help individuals to exceed their performance capabilities and take advantage of their career opportunities.
